In January 1994, I was honored to change the lettering on the Mayor’s door in Albany City Hall.  Soon I brought all the doors up to professional standard.  The city rapidly improved the handling of everything from safety services to snow removal.  They formed their own sign department which followed my lead with the City Hall doors and brought all of the City’s signs up to a professional level.
