I need several photos that show both the overall character and some detail of the home.  I recommend including people, pets, cars or whatever personalizes your home.  As to price, they begin at $285 for small black & white house drawings and higher for larger and color drawings.  They can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.  I don’t mat or frame, but locally (upstate NY) I recommend Alacrity in Albany, Four Corners in Delmar, Arlene’s in Colonie or J. Gernon in Troy.  Please allow two weeks.

  

House drawings being custom creations, I gladly welcome interesting themes of all kinds.

Summer houses and commercial subjects are welcome, too.
