This 2′ by 3′ aluminum panel was commissioned by the Fireman’s Association of the State of New York.  It will be presented to the Hudson Fire Dept. in an upcoming ceremony.   I designed and started painting it in my studio in Albany.  Then on a beautiful Saturday May 20th I worked some more on it at the Firemen’s Home 125th Anniversary Celebration in Hudson.  Then back to my studio for laying more 23K gold and a coat of urethane varnish to protect the gold.
